Training delivery costs for in-house courses vary depending on delegate numbers and how many courses you require. Our prices are extremely competitive and include delegate workbooks, handouts, skills models, a 30 minute learning evaluation, marking and scoring of this and a certificate on completion.

Yes this is one option that many of our customers choose. We have a substantial amount of experience in developing trainers, coaches and non training staff. We will design and deliver a train the trainer event that is specifically tailored to the experience levels of the people delivering these courses for you.

If you purchase from our secure webstore the materials are available from a download link as soon as your purchase has been completed and payment has cleared. Other methods such as email delivery or file transfer are also available is you wish. All materials can be opened, customised and edited in a word processor program such as MS Word or WordPerfect. PowerPoint is required to open and edit the PowerPoint slides.

Q. Can I purchase these materials to deliver to my clients?

Yes you can. However because your business would be benefiting directly from our 2 year investment in designing these materials, commercial terms and conditions would apply. We have a variety of different pricing models and are keen to explore joint ventures and partnerships.

Q. Do I have to be a trainer to deliver these materials?

No. The materials have been designed in a way to enable non trainers to confidently deliver the courses. The detailed facilitator notes contain everything required to successfully run an event. There are timings, suggested examples of what to say, details of the resources needed (slides, handout etc) model answers and exercise debrief sheets. PLUS you have access to the course author if you need it.

Yes. We can arrange to have the courses delivered by a highly skilled and experienced facilitator who will expertly deliver the courses for you and tailor the delivery to the specific needs of your audience.
