We are a soft skills training and development organisation founded by Derek Owen, a personal development coach and consultant, with over 20 years experience in this field. During this time he has personally trained, developed and coached well over 35,000 people, ranging from new starters through to experienced senior executives, in industries such as call centres, customer services, banking, contact centre, sales, gas and electric, retail, FMCG, insurance, estate agency, training and recruitment.
