A managers and team leaders skills training course
During this course delegates discuss the perceptions they have from both the team leader and team member perspective and an activity occurs where delegates place themselves in the team leader and team member shoes and answer a series of questions to confirm what it is like.
Each perspective is fully debriefed and all differences and similarities are discussed, along with the potential consequences and impact of these. Focus is then transferred to their real times and a discussion occurs around their team’s needs and requirements and what might satisfy these.
The course finishes with delegates reviewing their learning, creating an individual personal development plan and taking a learning evaluation assessment.
