A managers and team leaders skills training course
During this course what is meant by behaviour is discussed along with examples of the different behavioural styles and the underlying reasons for this behaviour. The 4 different behavioural styles are explored along with examples of what each behavioural style might say and do in real life.
The underlying reasons and motivators behind each behavioural style are highlighted and delegates reflect and identify their own behavioural style. The link between behavioural style and personality types is highlighted and what influences behavioural style and personality type is discussed. The 4 personality types and the behaviours of each are detailed and delegates complete a questionnaire to identify their own personality type. The importance of knowing and understanding ones own behavioural style and personality type is discussed.
The course finishes with delegates reviewing their learning, creating an individual personal development plan and taking a learning evaluation assessment
