A managers and team leaders skills training course
During this course a complete review of the 4 team leadership styles occurs, the benefits of adapting leadership style are explored and the skills required to adapt effectively are discussed and identified. The ©ADD model of adapting team leadership style is introduced, best practice at each stage is discussed and the most effective style of team leadership is explained.
The team leadership activities and actions required to be effective with each of the different team member types is discussed and delegates practice adapting their style to different team member types. A full exercise debrief occurs.
The course finishes with delegates reviewing their learning, creating an individual personal development plan and taking a learning evaluation assessment.
