A managers and team leaders skills training course
During this course the skills required to design training interventions are discussed, the key principles around learning and development are explained, including a review of left brain/right brain and learning styles. The ‘start with the end in mind’ principle is explored and the ©DEEP training and instructional design model is introduced with best practice at each stage discussed. The delegates then practice designing a training intervention which is fully debriefed.
The course finishes with delegates reviewing their learning, creating an individual personal development plan and taking a learning evaluation assessment.
