During this course the reasons, purpose and benefits of running team meetings are explored, the attributes and activities that make up an effective team meeting are discussed. The requirements of the team from these meetings is identified and the skills required to run effective team meetings are discussed. The ©8P team meeting model is introduced, best practice at each stage is discussed and the delegates then prepare for and practice running a mini team meeting. This exercise is fully debriefed.

The course finishes with delegates reviewing their learning, creating an individual personal development plan and taking a learning evaluation assessment.
