A managers and team leaders skills training course
During this course the experiences, purpose and benefits of 1-1 meetings are discussed and explored from both the team leader and team members perspectives. The reasons for these experiences and perspectives are discussed, any differences and similarities are reviewed and the benefits of everyone agreeing to the purpose and benefits of 1-1 meetings are explored. The best practice reasons and benefits of 1-1 meetings are discussed and the skills required to run 1-1 meetings effectively are explored.
The ©AGENDA 65 model is introduced, best practice at each stage is discussed and the delegates then prepare for and practice running a 1-1 meeting using the skills and techniques introduced. This exercise is fully debriefed.
The course finishes with delegates reviewing their learning, creating an individual personal development plan and taking a learning evaluation assessment.
