A managers and team leaders skills training course
During this course what is meant by TEAM is discussed and the elements that make this up are explored and agreed. The delegates assess their current TEAM approach, identify areas where improvements can be made and discuss the benefits of implementing these changes. The precise skills and activities that make up a TEAM approach are then discussed.
The ©6 of 6 team approach model is introduced, best practice at each stage is discussed and the delegates practice writing a team approach implementation plan. This activity is then reviewed by their colleagues coaching each other in the content and approach of their plans.
The course finishes with delegates reviewing their learning, creating an individual personal development plan and taking a learning evaluation assessment
