A managers and team leaders skills training course
During this course the types of information available and what this information potentially indicates is discussed. The reasons, purpose and benefits of information/KPI’s from the perspective of the team leader and the team member are explored and the impact of any differences is discussed. The importance of communicating the benefits and reasons for information/KPI’s to each team member is explained, along with the requirement to ensure that the whole team understand this and the benefits of information/KPI’s.
The skills required to be effective in analysing and interpreting it are then discussed. The ©PERFORM model for effectively analysing and interpreting data is introduced, best practice for each stage is explored, the concept of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) is explained and delegates practice analysing and interpreting management information. This exercise is fully debriefed.
The course finishes with delegates reviewing their learning, creating an individual personal development plan and taking a learning evaluation assessment.
