A customer service and relationship skills training course
During this course what is meant and understood by the term personal development and the 3 core principles around plan, do and review are introduced and discussed. The reasons why people often fail are identified and the activities required to help prevent this failure are detailed.
The ©IDEA model to ensure that the ‘plan’ stage of personal development is effective is explored, along with the actions and activities required under each area. A series of activities around skills and knowledge development occur and delegates identify their own personal strengths and weaknesses, create a plan of action to address these needs areas and discuss actions they can take to ensure success continues.
The course finishes with delegates reviewing their learning, creating an individual personal development plan and taking a learning evaluation assessment.
